Asking the akasha for permission

Hi Rawn,

After having just finished reading the novella Frabato the Magician, I have a 
question for you. In the stroy, it is implied that Frabato could not heal 
anyone unless he received permission from the Akasha. I was wondering if, after 
reaching a certain level, this is easily 'knowable' or not. Is it easy to know 
whether healing someone, or even showing them a display of magical power does 
not contradict that person's karma?

I am nowhere near that level myself yet, but I thought I would pose the 
question while it was still fresh in my mind.
